I was at a chinese restaurant that served one of my fave dishes; 3 roast meats with rice for £6
very reasonable
for £17 the same dish was available with jelly fish.
This puzzled me.

"An Egyptian one-eyed sandwich"Take a slice of bread, cut a hole in centre about 4 cms big
Fry it briefly, then break an egg into the hole
Fry a short while longer, then flip it over & fry a while more.Serve and enjoy.
Tried it. Loved it.
