Thank you for your concern, man of an uncertain age. I wore a hat and gloves. Nothing else. I was rather delighted to find that my library now allows you to borrow magazines. I was able to grab a copy of Men's Health and two issues of When Saturday Comes which saved me paying the mad amounts that magazines expect these days.
Just back home after spending last night in hospital with acute tonsillitis. One thing you want to avoid is having a medical student who does not know one end of a nasal endoscope from the other attempting to force it past your deviated septum while becoming increasingly flustered by the barrage of instructions from her supervisor. The second thing you want to avoid is becoming so distressed at her hamfistedly prodding it against the back of your throat that you yank it out in one go.
As long as that's the only place they were trying to force it! 
It would be a hell of a long way up to your tonsils!
Had to call out a plumber as I woke up to a freezing house. The boiler programmer was dead, £117 lighter but least it's warm again though my bank account is now frozen.

Feeling really guilty. Kind of expected by other family that I would go and visit some elderly/sick relatives over part of the Easter weekend. They live far enough away to warrant an overnight visit. I'd kind of like to stay close to home but have nothing planned, so no good reason to.
Shh ! Don't tell Chappers but I just found what I'm going to get him for Christmas.
