I had my radio show reviewed by an independent scrutineer this week. I won't provide all the info but here's a flavour...
It was pointed out I lost my place after one track but that was down to me having an epileptic absense - not a lot I can do about that. There was also a reference about broadcasting in mono at one point but as I'm deaf in my left ear that's harder for me to spot as well. That said it was a desk problem out of my control.
I was rightly picked up for promoting an event that had passed and sadly that's not the first time that's happened. I also forgot to fade the music down when doing my first link which was just careless..but I've only done 50 live shows so I'm still learning. 
He liked the show transition, pop facts, the shout outs and the quiz because it engaged the listeners. I also did well in giving out contact details for the station.
I particularly liked that it was remarked that "The show contained no offensive material whatsoever." which was probably due to there being no BCG Jokefest last week. 
"In conclusion, The PleasureDome Pick'n'Mix is a very promising show for Peterborough FM. It seems to have excellent interaction with listeners, is well presented. The community content can be improved with some features and interviews."
