Anyone get an email from Writer's Room about being put on a list to be invited to exclusive writers events in London?

My dog is breaking wind with a ferocity that is almost eye watering, I need a gas mask 
he German expression for greyhound is 'Windhund'...that would make sense.

Windhund sounds an excellent description. At one point he got up and walked into the kitchen no longer able to stand the stench himself

Flew from the north to Gatwick yesterday afternoon with a couple of colleagues
Gatwick Express/ underground to Hotel in Central London
Quick tea then 2.5 hours on a pre-read
Up early and breakfasted
15 minute walk to the training venue in another hotel (hotel I booked was near the original venue but the venue was changed a few days before)
Arrived at venue, met by hotel staff
Asked which course we were on, answered, told the course was cancelled due to the trainer being sick.
Went home untrained
