I'm sure that wasn't directed at you, OR, merely the culture that personal injury firms encourage. There have always been legitimate personal injury claims. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with these companies except them telling me I had no claim for the wrist injury that still hurts 8 years later because temps didn't have rights back in them days.

A lot of these companies are coffin followers, and simply encourage a blame culture. There are legitimate claims of course, but this culture of actively searching for incidents is no use to anyone and only serves to increase the cost of insurance to everybody in general
My mate used to work for one of them
On one occasion a bus crashed
There was about 7 people on at the time they reckon
About 47 people put in a claim
