Anybody had any experience of using these daytime tele advert people? Or know anyone who has ?
Personal injury lawyers
Nope! Why, are you tempted?
Nope but I'd try your local cab or union first or similar

Yes
Well, it still hurts so last night, on the wrong (or right depending how you look at it) of a few cans, I emailed injurylawyers4U. Nothing ventured, nothing gained I drunkenly reasoned.
A very well spoken and seemingly very knowledgeable person rang me and talked it through for about 20 minutes. I've checked the website of the law firm dealing with it and it all looks very respectable. He said that he couldn't guarantee a win at all but would give it his best shot.
I think I might have spotted the 'catch' which involves taking out an insurance policy should I lose.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with personal injury claims, not necessarily IL4U.
I'd look it at like a plumber get a. Reccomendation from a friend

He's promised me the paperwork soon which I shall scrutinse with an intense scrute.
Yo u might also want to check out how liable the supermarket is I did a blog on this for a piss taking site
And my inexpert research came up with not very (at least in the us)
So I'd do some research yourself
I think what is sometimes the snag is that the law firm might take a huge proportion of what they get you.
I hate these types of parasitic organizations, perpetuating a blame culture feeding on greed and the modern idea that accidents don't happen, someone has to be to blame, Normally anybody but yourself, a childish cultural carbuncle on the arse of modern life, which is rubbish by the way
Here here
Vile
Sorry for having two strong legs to stand up on I'm sure.
Or not as the case was on 13/2.
Wasn't it A P Herbert that defined the action of a reasonable man as one that tested the safety of a manhole cover with his umbrella before stepping on to it ?
