Have decided I want a tattoo. I like the idea of having one....the getting of not so much.

It seems like they should have invented a way by now to dye skin that doesn't need a needle/pain.

Yeah. Surely there's some kind of permnament ink that can be applied like the temporary ones you used to get in bubblegum packs as a kid.
