Pitch Document might not be the right term. It's like a Pitch/Treatment. I did it the way Jon Brown showed me (writer name-drop!). Ideally I would have liked it to be 2 pages but I wasn't quite so ruthless.

The layout he showed me is just very clear and easy to understand. Broken up in to easy to digest segments kind of like a Terry's Chocolate Orange.
