Don't know if this will be any help but you could advertise your project on Mandy.com and place job notices if production crew positions need filling. Just make sure to mention that all jobs are in the Lo/No paid salary range, what with your financial predicament. Most jobs advertised on Mandy (like 99% of them) are Lo/No paying.
You can even use these Ads to be specific regarding any particular equipment you might need for production, which some potential applicants might already own thereby saving on costs.

The other 15 Showcase threads at the top of the board all have zero replies, and no other Showcase thread on the ENTIRE FIRST PAGE has more than 2 replies.
Yet this thread has 81 (82 now).
It's kinda depressing really.

Hi Simon. The Showcase forum is more about just sharing your link, rather than getting feedback replies... The Critique forum (which you'll note most threads do get replies on) is where to post if you're looking for replies.
People do look at this forum - it's just not really one to post a reply in so much. In fact it was kind of setup for the purpose of people who want to share something without perhaps getting constructive criticism (as there's obviously nothing you can change once a video has been filmed).
