We need to get to the bottom of your double postings.

What exactly happens when you press the post button? Does the page not react? Do you get itchy trigger fingers? Or have you just adopted it as your trademark style of posting?

Or are you just deliberately doing it to annoy the f**k out of us all

It's like there's a bloody echo

My dear old Mother is getting a Kindle Fire for Christmas. Not from me. I wouldn't spend that much on her. Obviously.

I bought my mum a kindle and it wasn't even her birthday or owt

I'm a good boy I am :)

There's only 3 7inch pads buy the apple mini of you really want to buy an apple or like their slightly better apps

If not the case buy the Google 7

If you love Amazon more than pudding and want slightly better speakers buy the fire

Actually is the nook any good?

Buy the Google Nexus 7. The specs are better than you'll get for anything else for that price. iPad Mini isn't as well specced for nearly twice the price.

That and Apple stuff is for idiots.

Any one reccomend a good nexus keyboard?

I actually just found out that my Mother is getting a Kindle Fire and a Kindle Whitepaper for Christmas. She did explain why she's getting both, but it didn't make much sense to me.

How do I delete Skype account, uninstall it, then start again?

How do I delete Skype account, uninstall it, then start again?

The Skype software is independent of the account itself (the latter is held on Skype servers), so the software can be uninstalled and reinstalled at will.

However to delete the account itself, I suspect you would have to contact Skype management (now owned by Microsoft).

Most people would not bother they would just logout the old account for the last time & let it rot and then create a new account with a slightly different skype-ID.

Thank you Bill.

Our windows Vista laptop downloaded updates, and now starts up to a black screen. I can't get it into safe mode by pressing f8, either, it's just resolutely black. What can I do?

Install Windows XP or Windows 7.

Can you get "into" the hard drive to retrieve all your personal files?

I had an external hard drive rigged up to it, so I've got all our personal stuff. Currently asking if the owner has any discs to go with the machine (answer: oo, I don't know).
