Jesus P Christ, The Matrix 3 is boring.
What are you watching on TV? Page 1,740
Is that still on?! I started to watch it but it annoyed the hell out of me.
Another 40 mins to watch.
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?! I give up after 10 mins :/
I gave up first time & then watched it again later to the end
My advice is - stay given up.

It wasn't clear, but my reading was that she couldn't 'kill' him because his fear and pleadings were so convincing, and as a result she got trapped in a loveless relationship, unable to move on. As has been said, this bit could have been usefully explored further, rather than having so much of what was basically exposition at the start.

Yeah, I agree with that bit. But when she took him to the cliff in the first place, did she actually want him to jump (at first), or was she just using it as an example to test him. ie she knew he'd just say okay, and then she could scream at him that that's not what her boyfriend would have done, and so on.

I don't think that was made clear either, but the ambiguity didn't bother me. Maybe it was just a test, maybe it wasn't, maybe she didn't even know herself; whatever it was, the result was that she was stuck with him.

I found those incidental things tended to be flagged up a bit heavy-handedly. Yes I get it, it's the near future and she's using a thumb-print recognition thingy, don't indulge it in a close-up!
Her job as a futuristic etch-a-sketch operator must have paid well to keep him for ten or so years.

An assortment of nobodies butchering every track off the first Beatles album in BBC 4
Oh the humanity
Ringo Starr will be turning in his grave
He is one of the dead Beatles, right?
I lose track

Species III. Apparently sexy alien women have to take all their clothes off in order to give blood samples. This is a good film.
