Worth seeing for completeness, but didn't even seem that outrageous even when it came out (in a wave of controversy), nor as awful as some people said. It was merely on the borderline of poor and ok.
Watching that review of the year made me realise how out of touch I am with current affairs. Like for example, I'd heard the name Kony before but didn't realise what it was. Same goes for a lot of the bellend trends mentioned throughout the show. It actually made me feel quite warm that I managed to avoid a lot of the miserable horror for so long.
I've never see Towie or all those Geordie Shore things. THANK THE MOTHERLIVING JESUS.
The only time I see the people is when they occasionally turn up as guests on Celebrity Juice or something. Even then I don't have to know who or what they are.
The clips they kept showing of TOWIE actually made me quite sad. Genuinely worried about the younger generation. Now that makes me feel old and I know not everyone is dumb but some people are, some people are really dumb. 
Some people really are. I'm sure the majority of young people are just as baffled by the thick twats as we are though. Hopefully.
Hope so too.

I'm wary of cocking too much of a snook at trash TV because of some of the dreadful shite I've enjoyed over the years. Not least the first 10 series of Big Brother, which I was a big fan of.
I enjoy some trashy TV. But really, nothing I've ever seen has matched the clips I've seen of those shows. There is a line of absolute pointless shit, and they've very much crossed it.
