He is 100% acting a part as dictated to him by the programme makers.
It's the dynamic they want and they deliver it well.
But there's barely a geniune moment in the thing.
I still enjoy it, though.

The DVD release has been changed to Christmas Eve according to amazon but the blu-ray boxset release still appears to be boxing day?? Confusing

I've loved all 3 series of Idiot Abroad. Shame there was only 3 episodes in series 3. Maybe it was for the best though.
