It's a very rare genetic disorder, usually affecting only animals. It's called Disnitus Syndrome. Very sad. 
Stalin's mustache gets my vote. I only wish I could grow something that bad ass....or really any proper facial hair beyond sideburns.

It has to be Hitler. I met a friend's dad a few years ago and he had a Hitler moustache. I couldn't concentrate because all I was thinking was, 'Look at you there, now, with a Hitler moustache'. Maybe he had heard only passing references to Hitler and believed him to be a tennis player or something. If you want be immortal, a 'tache helps.
The Stalin 'tache wins hands down. If a man feels compelled to grow facial hair, he might as well go for it. The Hitler version looks kinda half-hearted to me.
