Trying to find someone to fill my house share room is hard... there are a lot of nutters out there, and even the non nutters are hard going.

What's your process for weeding out the nutters?

Hmm think I'd go for the non nutter. Or rent the room as storage space and then you don't have to deal with people much.
Well - it's my old room I'm renting out (as I'm moving out)so need to find someone to replace me. So my housemates would like a non nutter to replace me.
I just read their emails they send to me... if they sound normal I give them an interview.

If your old sheets are still on the bed, I might know, er, somebody who's interested, Ellie.
I have "led" there with my boyfriend. Still know someone interested?
