Oprah Winfrey - Second coming of Christ interview

Award winning Chat show host Oprah Winfrey has secured yet another exclusive interview. This time with the second coming of Christ.

Hollywood sources have revealed the interview will be shown worldwide within days of his arrival. Oprah is said to be very excited at the prospect of chatting to the "Main Man J.C."

According to Prophecy, December 2012 will herald the end of the world. But before the end times. Jesus will return. And the Oprah Winfrey Network have secured a one hour slot with the man himself, to discuss life on earth and in heaven (amen) and how he feels about Joseph not being his real father.

Before the interview the Oprah Winfrey network will be showing classic movies such as Ben Hur and the Ten Commandments.

Troy Cabino from Hollywood Now magazine said "This will be a world exclusive interview. Everyone will be glued to their TV sets. Oprah will be looking to make Jesus cry live on air, and we hear she has some very awkward questions to ask him.

It is said that "Just as everyone sees the sun rise each day, every eye shall see the second coming of Jesus." And Oprah Winfrey is going to make sure of that

This might sound a little mean but you need to put jokes in this.

Interesting comic conceit but like Yacob says, it could really use some jokes to go with it. Suggest you read some classic Onion articles to see this stuff done right.

You need to put jokes in this would have been enough, the mean bit sounded as if you were going to be mean, but appreciate the feedback, the end of the world is no laughing matter.

Good idea, good matching of the styles of a paper.

But beyond a mildly amusing idea, no jokes or comedic structures.

You could edit it up I suppose.

Noted - Thanks for that DB, I won't concentrate to hard on stuff like this, I thought I would give it a go, my friends don't like it either

Just practise and read up on how other people do it.

Here's a similar thing I did, don't know if it's any help.

I think you summed it up there with "a mildy amusing idea" That is about the size of it, a whim that should be dismissed hastily - Thanks

It's not an at all bad idea, you've just got to look at the structures and how they can work.

And the Oprah Winfrey Network have secured a one hour slot with the man himself, to discuss life on earth and in heaven (amen) and how he feels about Joseph not being his real father

To be fair, this bit made me chuckle
