I'm done with get rich quick schemes. But I know this scheme will get me rich... and quick!
List items for sale on ebay that you don't actually have. When the buyer has paid for them, send an empty box via recorded delivery (doesn't cost a lot). That way you have proof that you sent it to them when they raise a dispute with Ebay and Paypal. It's your word against theirs. They can't prove that the box was empty.

They sold PS3's except it was only a piece of card with a PS3 pic on it and because you got what was in the picture and it was worded right they couldnt do ought about it.
