Jeremy Beadle Dies Page 3

His best prank imo, has to be the white van full of greeting cards going in the river. I can still hear that poor owner shouting no! Think they'll show the clip on News at ten.

He's not really dead.

You'll see. There'll be a problem with the funeral and suddenly a policeman in a fake beard will arrive...

RIP JB.

ha ha, nice thought.

He certainly gave me plenty of laughs back in the day. The behind-the-scenes talk is that he was a genuinely a really 'nice guy', such a shame that he was shunted off our screens and doesn't now get a chance for a come-back like Noel.

(I love Noel.) :$

Though I was aware of it, I never actually saw the hand. Been looking out for it on the clips today, they never show it.

I met him at a toy fair back in the 80's and together we worked on a Beadle practical joke set. He even sat in on the meetings with his agent and the thing that came across was that he was such a nice and genuinely funny man.

He had really bad hair mind you.

You're all saying Jeremy Beadle died...

Thing is the medias reporting it as a bad thing...

:(

Chortle is currently running story reporting a blunder made by the BBC relating to Beadle's death.

Last night on BBC 7, an episode of The Museum of Everything was repeated in which there was a joke that went, "The Jeremy Beadle Memorial Gallery of Hilarious Practical Jokes is now open on the fifth floor. Ha ha ha. It's actually on the third floor. Brilliant! You should have seen your face."

However, no-one has complained. Either no-one was offended or BBC 7 has problems attracting listeners.

Sounds like the kind of thing Jeremy Beadle himself would have enjoyed immensely. Chortle = The Sun of the comedy world. :)

Poor dead Beadle. What a shame. I always wondered what happened to his fingers. Oh well he will meet them again now.

Sorry about this...

With Cancer and Pneumonia, you can't help but think life dealt Jeremy Beadle a bad hand.
