Hi, this is driving me mad can anyone remember a TV series, possibly BBC from the late 80s about WWI soldiers recuperating in a hospital/nursing home? I think it was on on a Sunday 6pmish. A bit like Only When I Laugh but set 50+ years earlier.

Are you sure that this wasn't just the episode General Hospital from the Blackadder Goes Forth series?
