The all-in-one consolidatory football thread Page 407

Sir Alex Ferguson is the greatest football manager the UK has ever had. I say UK because he broke the stranglehold of both Celtic and Rangers whilst managing Aberdeen.
He is the only person in this country to have more medals than Prince Charles.
He is a Labour man who was born to a ship worker in a tenement and never forgot his roots.
He donates silently to charities whilst meeting the dying to make their dreams come true.
I hate Man U as a fan and applaud Sir Alex as a man, so should all genuine football fans as he is one of the true greats of our game.

And let's not forget -

A massive alcoholic
A man who bullied his way to titles with both referees and the FA
He regularly slanders referees when they don't give him the right decisions
He refused to talk to the BBC because a reporter dared ask him a question
He bullies his players by screaming at them and kicking football boots at their heads
He sold Ronaldo at the height of his career
His team is so depleted he has to drag out Scholes and Giggs who have a combined age of 33,000.
He managed one of the dirtiest fouling teams to ever grace the Premiership (see bullying referees)
His team are regularly given penalties in their favour (see bullying referees)
His team are regularly allowed untold amounts of extra time (see bullying referees)
He holds back players from England duties regularly (see bullying the FA)
His team were allowed to change strips during a match for psychological reasons (see bullying the FA)

Next on the agenda, why Roman Ambrovich is such a brilliant businessman.

So I take it you're not a fan.

I hate the arrogant shit.

At least he has something to be arrogant about.

Amazed that there are people who hate united more than me.

Up the emirates tonight to see the champions league game - hope they play better than Saturday.

1-0 for Dortmund! Laughing out loud

Here is a name to look out for in the future

Another win for the Arse in the Champions League Group stage, we are currently running with the same stats as Barcelona.

Now where are those Arsenal doomsayers again?

Great goal. And I see that it was scored by Alexander Litvinenko. Good to see that he's got over that bout of radioactive poisoning and death that kept him out of previous matches.

Excellent goal.

This is neat too . .

Arsenal have a very easy group - I wouldn't fancy them in group D where City are.

They're not a bad side but Gervinho's ball control is suspect and Walcott should have been a runner, not a footballer.

Ashley Cole's kamikaze tweet, what a sweetheart:
