For the Oldies

Sad, admittedly, but not my abiding memory of the 60s.
Come off it! I had an Andy Williams album as a kid, Happy Heart, and I'm not an oldie.

Nor mine, but when I hear his songs I realise he was around more than I'd noticed.
Wasn't he at his peak in the seventies with lounge music, I seem to remember him playing at sophisticated parties whilst the cheese and pineapple was passed around, I nearly had my eye taken out by somebody throwing their car keys.
That car keys in the ash tray caper that was rampant in the 70's was far too hit and miss for me.
I once had to shag a fat bird in the back of a Mark II Cortina. I don't know what was worse the rolls of fat on her legs or the crappy 8 track/ radio.
Try his Christmas album. You can then play it once a year.
