HUSBAND & WIFE - funny and violent solutions

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 09/26/2012

HUSBAND & WIFE - funny and violent solutions to solve your pet peeves with your significant others!!!

Husband & Wife is homage to 1950's sitcoms with a modern twist about a comedic, dysfunctional married couple that deals with typical marital situations in an EXTREMELY hilarious and often violent manner. H&W was shot it in black and white in front of a live studio audience. Starring Andreas Wigand (In Time, Call To Greatness), Amy Paffrath (E! News, Jersey Shore) and featuring Ervin Ross (Californication, Parks and Recreation) the cast of H&W certainly know the meaning of "Hump Day!"

The 4th Episode, "Got Milk?" directed by the son of the legendary John Amos, K.C. Amos (Strawberry for the Homeless, Hauntsville and Numerous Music Videos for Such Artists as: Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dog, Big Punisher and many others), artfully tells the story of a local Milk Man, who's delivering much more than just milk;). A true testament to the sayings, "while the husband's away, the wife's at play!" and "once you go black you never go back!!!"

Thread moved.

A press release, huh? Can't get away from them.

I write much better press releases

I write much better press releases

Yes. Twice as good by the looks of it.

It's quite well produced.

You guys should make videos for funny people.

Well, Milk Man, it's a nice parody and funny in parts but I certainly wouldn't describe it as "EXTREMELY hilarious".

Tip for press releases. When someone describes anything in such terms, it is almost guaranteed to land the press release in question in the bin.

Think about it. Would you seriously introduce yourself to strangers at a party as "the BEST person in THE WORLD AT EVERYTHING"?

You might come over a tad arrogant if you did, even if you are indeed the BEST person in THE WORLD AT EVERYTHING (with the exception of introducing yourself) and can fully back it up.

If you must use such terms, get an 'independent' voice to say it.

Otherwise, it's a total turn off and rather than raising the interest of the recipient, it is far more likely to be taken as an insult to their intelligence.

Also, always avoid capitalising words (apart from acronyms and abbreviations of course) as any hack who decides to run the press release will only have to reformat the text, so adding to their workload.

This will not be appreciated. Quite the opposite in fact.

By the way, this forum, as far as I am aware, is not a press release distribution point. Probably better to post on here as an individual in future, unless your rather impersonal opening gambit - "FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 09/26/2012" - was meant to be a joke.

Sorry if all that comes over as arsey, but it's gone 4.30 am BST and the reason I'm up at this hour is because I have been ploughing through endless press releases for the past 12.

Then I read yours.

PS Clickable links would be nice as well.

I haven't even seen it but I'm happy to pan it, it's how I roll these days.

Well that was ...odd.

I'll have to take your word for it I didn't watch the clip.
I hope you know what you're doing in saying it was 'Odd' that's fighting talk round our way!
Then again so is 'Good Morning' and 'Is that your Cat?" the whole things a 'Mine Field'which is also fighting talk around our way.

I thought it was excellent. Well done. :)

Yeah, I must admit I got a bit sidetracked by the press release.

Out of the three vids, I'd say the second was the funniest.

I watched them back-to-back and started getting annoyed with the length of the credits.

I guess there's no satisfying some people.
