Drinks Page 83

Have fun, you lovely lot. And you, Renegade.

Another time, perhaps.

Yes, do enjoy. See you in the next life.

Or at the next drinks, whichever comes sooner.

What's this, a London meet - nobody told me. Thought it was in Peterborough or something.

Nothat's just Tuumble's all in nude wrestling and cider drinking evening.

The funny thing is he's the only one who ever goes.

From Euston by tube, what's the quickest route?

There is no direct tube from Euston to Regents Park or Gt Portland St, so it probably is quicker to walk. About 8-10 minutes along Euston Road.

Come out of the front of Euston Station to Euston Road and turn right (west) towards Paddington etc. Stay on the North side of Euston Road. When you ar opposite Gt Portland St Station, turn right into Albany Street & the pub is about 100 yards north.

A fair few of us are blimmin skint, try to come along for one or two at least!

You shall recognise us by the wit and beauty. And the sign on the table that says 'BCG'.
Bill, can you bring the BCG sign please? :)

I thought I gave you or RC the last one I made, but I guess I can make another.

My avatar is me, but I'll probably be only wearing one hat not two.

Bill, wear one of your jumpers and dazzle the newbies. ;)

Yep. You'll have to get onto Northern Line just to go up one stop to Warren Street then walk down from there anyway so might as well just walk. Come out of Euston onto main road, do a RIGHT!, and just keep walking til you see Warren Street tube on your left. Keep walking down in a straight line til you get to Great Portland Street tube and Albany Street is opposite. About ten minutes walk total, fifteen if you're gazing around you intimidated by that there London! Can always meet you at Euston or anywhere en route if you want, not a problem hun

I should be fine dear thanks, I'll take a meander round the sights of Norf Landan :)

Thanks Bill, glad yours and AJGO's directions matched ;)

All this North London talk is making me feel rather home-sick.

Enjoy.

But they're both long-winded. Just exit Euston immediately to the right (no point going to Euston Road only to turn back north later) and take Drummond Street westward, keep going straight on and you will reach the pub at the end.

Thanks Badge, will be Dorothy on the yellow brick road tomorrow...which way to Kansas?
Are you able to make it?

Aye. Looking forward to it.

I hope someone will video the event!! :(

Still in two minds. I want to come, but I feel rotten.
