I thought the transcript had definitely been established as a hoax.
Until I see or hear actual footage I'm going to assume this is nonsense.

I couldn't help but smile and think of this thread when I read that news earlier today! Never did manage to find out quite clearly enough if the transcript was real or a fake.

I have read things online that identify the HIGNFY transcript is a fairly recent hoax.
However, I was told in the late 1970s or early 1980s by someone very well established in the music industry that a certain party was known to have a penchant for young girls. I had no reason to doubt my source, but I didn't push for more information or pursue the matter further.
