Just come through on the news, sad news always liked the bloke.
Jeremy Beadle Dies
Aww... I liked him when I was little.
Wonder who will be the first with a small hand joke.
That's what they said about Andy Kaufman, let's wait and see.
Very sad.
Yeah, I always enjoyed You've Been Framed when he presented it, back in the day when it had some originality and humour, even if it was scarce. Never knew about the hand thing until last year though.
And only 59. Seems far too young.
Amy Winehouse swap places pls. Kthnxbi.
I never noticed the hand thing all the way through my childhood.
He was ace. In the same nostalgia box as Noel Edmonds in my brain.
I'm going to hold a minute's silence in my bedroom.
No funny business...

I only found out when the warmup guy at a TV recording I went to, told of how he'd once been fired from YBF for introducing Jeremy to the audience with "And let's have a big hand for...". Everyone else laughed, but I was just like "...eh? "
What about when David Brent makes a joke about his hand, in The Office?
Sad news. I liked him. I bet he could bitch slap that Matthew Kelly one.
Wait up, which one's he? The Going For Gold one or the Stars in Their Eyes one?
Very sad I remember some docu-reality thing he did a few years ago where he stayed at some family's house. As his natural self he did come across as a thoroughly bloody decent chap.
They will mourn deeply for him and his family in America. Apparently the Beadles were once huge there.

Going for gold was Henry Kelly, though both worked with Beadle and Sarah Kennedy on game for a laugh.
In some weird way, when you said that I saw both of them on the show in my mind's eye. But I'll bet he could slap both of them down.
EDIT: Ray's right. I googled, Matthew Kelly and Henry Kelly were both on it.
