So Sky seem to be producing some great comedies now.
I refuse to pay for Sky as generally Freeview seems to have more than enough crap.
Is there any way to view these without subscribing to Sky?

Become a peeping Tom.
Buy a coaxial jointing kit and tap into next doors Sky
I don't think they'll put Sky 1 on Freeview ever, unfortunately.
I have Virgin Media so the only one I'm missing out on is Sky Atlantic (No Partridge for me, aghhh!)
I don't expect it on Freeview but can they be viewed online? Or do I have to wait for DVDs?

It doesn't make it clear on that page, but I'm *sure* there's a pay per view on-demand option to see individual programmes, rather than the monthly subscription.
(It seems that they only provide films at the moment as it's such a new service, however.)
What are the good comedies that SKY are producing as I have yet to see one. Trollied, Spy, Mount Pleasant are all naff. A Touch of Cloth was OK but don't think they will keep this going
Spy and A Touch Of Cloth were both great. Many would cite the weird island one whose name escapes m This Is Jinsy, although it's not to my taste. Stella and A League Of Their Own have proved massively popular with their target audiences.
And BUG!

Hunderby, Partridge, Walking And Talking.
Does anyone know if you can upgrade a cable package to include Sky 1?
I remember years ago I had it when Time Gentlemen Please was on.
This really belongs in General Discussion, but to answer your question: call your provider. I've not heard of it not being included by default for many years.
