Well if you care I've just got over 4 days of the shits. Not my fault I hasten to add. Seems to have been a dodgy prawn sandwich in a pub near Buckingham Palace.
Verdict on bad back is that bad back is still bad. That's bad for me.
Doesn't look like I'll be going anywhere for a week or two.
