You're getting older, so it's only going to get worse. You'll eat well, be active, but find the weight stubbornly staying rather than going like in days of old. And then, there's death.

The face is doing ok. I've put on 10lbs since the start of the year, but it's more muscle than fat.
Trying to arrange with Sky about my house move, I stupidly suggested they could be my broadband provider as well! Seems the most complex thing in the world!
