I've just seen... Page 306

Is it the one where they've been watering their plants with fizzy drinks or something? Or is that another film.

I've got Zombie Holocaust to watch, but no time to view it!

That's the one.

Ah, that was good.

I watched Reign Over Me last night. One of Adam Sandler's serious films. Was very good, but mighty depressing.

A Prophet. Cracking French prison drama about the rise of a criminal kingpin. Nice dear-getting-hit-by-a-car moment too.

Just watched this. A great performance from the lead, and from Antony Worrall Thompson.

:D

I think that character was inside for shoplifting.

I watched Reign Over Me last night.

It's okay, but it's no Reign Of Fire. Dragons over London!

Ooh!

Watched Bronson last night. Pretty good, enjoyed seeing Tom Hardy's penis, obviously.

Calm down Kermie ;)

Football for blind people at the paralympics.

The Woman. A family man captures a feral woman and locks her in the barn so he can civilise her. Watchable horror nonsense, although it gets a bit silly at the end with blind dog girls and over-the-top plank violence.

But he was probably making The Chronicles of Riddick, so its not all bad.

The naysayers and the poo-pooers are always going on about how bad that is, but it's a great underrated sci-fi film. Especially that mad dash across a planets surface when they're all trying to outrun the sun coming up.

That's Pitch Black, surely. Riddick was the sequel.

No, in Riddick there's a bit where Diesal breaks out of a prison and has to cross a planets surface before the sun comes up otherwise he'll be roasted alive. Although now you mention it is oddly remiscent of the whole basis of Pitch Black, only with them needing shade rather than light.

Fair enough. I found Riddick pretty forgettable.

Just watched Prometheus and, as a long-time fan of the Alien series, found it to be utter tripe.

I blame the Lost guy.

Did anyone else come up with the "Pete Versus Lifeform" joke while watching it?
