British Comedy Guide

Fictional places you'd like to live.

Because face it where you live sucks. Either it's some grim rainy place oop north with no work and your whippets got emphysema. Or the grim, urban ghetto of London over run by gangs of assylum seeking former Olympic athletes, with knives and no sense of humour.

Or even worse. Wales.

So which fictional place do you fantasize about living in? Would it be dandy too live with Pat in Pontypandy?

Sootyj first.

1 Castlerock because Stephen King is awsome.
2 The Shire, there's beer everywhere and the locals are a bunch of short arses he could push around.
3 Skaro cos Daleks are well gay.

Any Woody Allen film about rich New Yorkers.

Or the (aboveground) world in Demolition Man.

Or Hogwarts.

Sodor.

Craggy Island

Thats a brilliant answer.

I'd add London in a Richard Curtis movie.

For the bread?

No, just so Thomas and I could become firm friends !

Rocker how can such an innocent statement sound so, well wrong?

I'd add London in a Richard Curtis movie.

Oh yes, London in the Bridget Jones films too, especially when they had heavy snow in central London.

And it didn't turn into lethal slush which refreezes.

I'd also add London from Shakespeare in Love.

Don't forget the nice "Lovely Girls Competition"s

I'd also add London from Shakespeare in Love.

Picturesque but by God it would stink and I'd worry about catching the plague.

To be honest, I like it here.

Well it could only be an improvement!

What - no blacks, you mean?

Or funny people or ugly people or pooftahs who live past the first hour.
