Late 1980s sitcom set in Liverpool. All I can remember is the theme tune, and a episode about some public toilets that stink of piss. Anyone eles remember it? Was it any good?

Blimey...I only remember the Liver Birds and Bread, maybe? Was it a family-type show, or more adult...with bad language etc.?
