George Galloway attacked over Assange 'rape' comments http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-19323783

:O

The Bradford West MP suggested one of the women had claimed she invited Mr Assange back to her flat, had consensual sex with him and then "woke up to him having sex with her again - something which can happen, you know".

On the issue of whether this would constitute rape or not, Mr Galloway suggested that "not everybody needs to be asked prior to each insertion".

There are twats, arseholes, dog shit etc., and below all of that is Galloway.

I think the only realistic and acceptable way to tackle these 'rape' 'allegations' is for the British Government to fire sleeping naked women into the grounds of the Ecuadorian Embassy.

If a silvery blonde Tim Brooke Taylor lookalike tries to shag them, then we'll have the proof we need.

I'm surprised no one has thought of this before.

Wikipedia has had the odd good scoop like any newspaper but Assange is a child. He does not believe in any editorial scrutiny or basic fact checking.

He feels there is no justification for keeping anything private (apart from people who have worked for Assange) and anyone who does is in league with the suits and oil companies.

If diplomatic cables are continually leaked they will simply revert to on-the-record info and governments just increase face to face meetings.

I'd be very surprised if Wikipedia is not already a depository for black propaganda.

Did you mean Wikileaks, not Wikipedia ?

I've completely wasted my life: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-19291258

Wow. Child geniuses FTW!

If it works and the patent goes ahead this boy's research could potentially save many lives, I'm well impressed.

Dylan Cecil fell from the jetty at Burnham-on-Sea on Sunday evening, prompting a large rescue operation.

His mother Rachel McCollum said: "I jumped in straight after him, what more could I do?

Ermm . . held his hand tightly? Had him on a wrist band or reins? Not gone to a dangerous place? Taken notice of the signs?

Errr

Don't you think she'll torture herself with those very thoughts? could have, would have, should have, jeez, give the woman a break.

A Northern Ireland Health Trust is the first in the UK to use a robot which allows intensive care specialists from one hospital to remotely assess patients in another.

It looks like a nightmare.

I don't know, I'd probably prefer a robot to a person treating me.

I don't mind the fact that it's a robot, it's just that the actual machine looks like a living nightmare, a Frankenstein-style contraption with a face on a screen atop it. I wouldn't mind if it looked like a nice shiny R2 unit, or a member of Kraftwerk.
