I really hate that. 'Presented by' a famous director is just misleading everyone into thinking they had something to do with it when all it means is "This famous guy liked it". Or when they say "From the team behind..." so you think it'll be creatively similar when it just means they had the same prop team and lighting guy.
The Doctor Octopus scene in Spidey 2 gave a brief glimpse into the horror genuis that Rami is be am.
As for the 'evil' Peter Parker in Spidey 3 - wearing a black suit, putting on eye make up and dancing to music at a jazz bar isn't really my definition of evil - gay emo possibly - but not evil.
Jazz is definitely evil.

Yep and they often use 'one of the producers of' or 'one of the writers of' as well. It doesn't matter that in the previous film there were four producers and eight writers and the two worst ones have teamed up to make a new piece of garbage.
Though sometimes it can be useful: 'From the people that brought you Date Movie and Superhero Movie...' is better then a giant sign with the words Danger: Crap Approaching.
I think the evil part was subjecting us to Toby Maguire thrusting his hips at us.

Right on, trendy, lefty celebrities doing adverts for online gambling. I understand that posh houses don't buy themselves and that these stars need to make as much money as humanly possible, but advertising such an evil and destructive industry that exploits addicts is reprehensible.
