Things that piss you off Page 1,077

I took my daughter to see Brave too and as usual I'm sitting there pretending there's something in my eye and she's happily watching it, asking me what's wrong.

I know somebody who played the bagpipes and did some of the music arrangements, so glad you liked it.

T'was brilliant. :)

Still camping. Last night the in laws had too much sherry, which made them both snore like air raid sirens, preventing us getting much sleep. Then youngest daughter kept sobbing because she couldn't sleep, which in turn woke her sister, who complained loudly, waking me again. I dealt with that, got back to sleep, only to be woken by someones brat screaming. It's hilarious.counting down the days before we get home.

I have become Victor Meldrew.

:( Anyone know how to get your phone back on when you 'stopped' it? My partner thought his Blackberry was nicked- then found it 1 week later, no chance of him getting it back on?...

Call your service provider and ask them about it.

The only person to unblock a phone would be the provider and I'm not sure they can. Give them a call- it is the only option!

TTPYO:

Part 1 -

Any horror film trailer dealing with the supernatural that uses the tagline: 'Based on a true story'.

There are no ghosties and goblins, no poltergoosts, no voodoo and Satan does not take demonic possession of people. Therefore, where is the true story?

Part 2 -

Right on, trendy, lefty celebrities doing adverts for online gambling. I understand that posh houses don't buy themselves and that these stars need to make as much money as humanly possible, but advertising such an evil and destructive industry that exploits addicts is reprehensible.

Are you talking about The Last Exorcism? Because technically there are no Supernatural things in it. It's not a bad film, although it does all go a bit wrong in the last ten minutes.

No, I just literally saw a trailer for Sam Rami's Possession and it featured all sorts of CGI demon things going on and it used the Based on a true story tagline.

I'll still watch it though as Rami is still the man when it comes to horrors.

I agree, 'Spiderman 3' was terrifying in its ineptitude.

It's not by Raimi, he's just put his name to it to get it a wider audience, I think.

Every so often I remember the dancing and want to zap that bit of my brain away.

TTPYO: When they attach a famous director / producers name to a film they have nothing to do with creatively.
