Kind of. A lot of the residents are involved in criminal activities but it's an interesting place to live. My biggest gripe is new arrivals who lazily chuck their rubbish into corridors or stairwells or outside the lifts, assuming the cleaners will happily pick it up.
It is most odd that the mother has not been seen much.

I always felt a bit sorry for poor Maxine.
