we're all in a bad mood today, aren't we!
Come on everyone, over to YouTube:
Yes! Obviously an illiterate buyer from Argos...unable to read instructions properly. I'm thinking of setting up a support group after watching this!
How hard can it be to use a door! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0IN_UDBIbI

Come on everyone, over to YouTube:
I am in a fantabulous mood.
I am writing an advert for a chef and listening to the hits of the 80s
mood neutral
need to buy a beard trimmer.
You can only so much like a terrorist-paedophile before they take you away.

Right, if the BCG Period Club are having yet another moan, I'm outta here. Have a good weekend - if that's possible with you complainy bunch.
Quote: Loopey @ August 4 2012, 11:21 AM BSTThank you Bill. I need one where I don't have to type all the time.
I currently use Loquendo http://www.loquendo.com/en/I'm probably going to start using this one in the next couple of months. http://verballyapp.com/about_us.html
The free or cheap demo app is sufficient for short term use I would think.Your doc is absolutely right, whispering can actually make it worse because of the pressure on your vocal chords. Drink lots of water too and avoid anything that might irritate your throat, like very hot food and drink, spicy food etc.
That little Android app "Type to Speak" has the facility to pre-type messages that you might need. Then it turns them into sound files and stores them in a library, so you do not have to type all the time. It only takes two clicks to retrieve a spoken sentence from the library & speak it.
~~~~~~~~
That "Verbally" tool looks good for an iPad. Doesn't seem to be available for Android yet.
Now there's an advantage of losing one's voice. I can't order a round.
Not that I'm complaining, mind. There's plenty of sleep in the grave.
Rock and roll, etc.
And Bill, try honey and lemon. Human beat boxes swear by it, apparently.
