It's called Dave.

Setting my sights higher than Top Gear, QI and Dara O Briain . .

It means a lot to me when you guys bump one of my old much loved threads.

He actually annoys me. I hope he gets an unwanted erection before his dive.

How's Tom Daley doing these days ?

Saw the Torch today on its way through.

Was it really overrated by any chance?

And were you barred from wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with a slogan while you looked at a person wasting everybody's time with some silly fiery stick?

I don't care what the naybobs and naysayers say, I'm quite looking forward to this and all the accompanying nonsense. It's more entertaining than the World Cup and all these football championships. Plus it'll disrupt Londoners lives, which is an added bonus.

Saw something on news about BBC taking over four floors of an apartment. Have to feel sorry for the people that live there as there was all this security arouund their building and it seemed they couldn't use some of the entryways.

I don't!

Question for Londoners in the know..want to come down for a couple of day trips, most likely during the Olympics, to see the museums etc, will it be a nightmare? and I'd love to see the Olympic stadium, would it be possible to just go see it or does that require a ticket to get in?

Going to a dress rehearsal of the opening ceremony tonight. Hopefully it'll be worth a peek.

Sounds like a really terrible idea to me. The museums are packed in the summer anyway with the normal tourists and kids on holidays, with the Olympics it's probably going to be horrific! I don't know about the Olympic stadium, but I doubt they just let people wander around it. You might be a terrorist! :O

You won't be able to get in without a ticket, no. If you just want to see the park you'll be better off waiting until it's remodelled post Olympics, though you'll have to wait another year.

I hear they're firing morris dancers from a giant cannon into a rotating blade to turn them into Damien Hirst spin paintings.

Why does the press feel the need to spoil the ceremony by printing pictures of rehearsals?
