Parents

I watched the latest episode last night on Sky1 (hadn't seen it before), and was pleasantly surprised.

I didn't find it hilarious at all times but I do find Sally Phillips immensely watchable and she definitely carries the show (of course she is the central character).

So without knowing the set-up I'm guessing she and her family have been forced to move back in with her parents by a change in circumstance? Seems a good premise for a show, lots of opportunity for the of frustrations of an interfering mum and eccentric dad shenanigans.

Anyone else been following it from the start? Thoughts?

She was fired from her job after giving better than she got in an office catfight that she didn't start.

The most recent episode was by some margin the best of the lot to date, IMHO.

Agreed. Also, Tom Conti is brilliant in everything.
