If this isn't a windup then its shameful

We have events for the most able bodied people, and events for the disabled, so why aren't there any for us lot in the middle? It's clear discrimination against paunchy has-beans.

Think there is a spare year usually before the summer Olympics. Start training now and you might be ready by 2015. Please keep it off the telly though, there is enough sport on it.

All we would ask for is one channel showing old comedy programmes !

It's called Dave.

Don't do FB Apps - so you'll have to tell me what it's all about in real words.

Researcher at the Guardian have conclusive proof you're gay.

Have you looked at your Programme Guide recently?

Htf can the BBC suddenly find 24, count'em, 24 new channels from to cover the Olympics ? And then repeat them in HD ?

All we would ask for is one channel showing old comedy programmes !

Wow, the free to air channel here has found two extra digital channels, thought that was bad enough.

We coulda been contenders. :(
If only we'd picked a really random, obscure sport.

Fox-hunting should be an Olympic sport. Bring a bit of grandeur back to the Games. Meanwhile, how will the Muslim athletes be coping with Ramadan coinciding with the Games? Does the athletes village have a mosque with loudspeakers to wake up the faithful for their pre-dawn meal?

If the Guardian and Mail agree it's probably true.

Two publications that are almost always wrong agreeing does not make truth. ;)

I'm so glad there is an Olympics thread (if you can legally call it that) on this forum as it means I don't have to post anything on 'Things that piss you off'.

Sitting watching TV or typing into an on-line forum isn't classed as an Olimpic sport yet!

Fox-hunting should be an Olympic sport.

*gets cauldron out and prepares bad spell*

It shouldn't be considered a sport. It's more enjoyable pest control.
