What are you eating? Page 579

That's what I thought but I have some scaremongers for friends.

Hmm, rice pudding...

Cooked rice is potentially very toxic, view it more like cooked chicken or something

e.g. don't partially reheat, don't reheat more than once and don't leave at room temparature for more than an hour.

that said when cooked rice goes off it tends to let you know....

Sometimes I like to test things. I've always heard that about rice but never had any problems.
I must have left it on the side for a couple of hours (was going to bin it as there wasn't much left) but later felt peckish and had some.

Proper risk taker, me. Next, to see what it feels like sticking my fingers in a bowl when the electric whisk is on.

If it's after it's freshly cooked its fine

but the thing they say is if you eat left over chinese. THen the rice is more likely to get you than the chicken.

There aren't many absolutes. I mean according to health and safety guidelines kids packed lunches should lead to hundreds of deaths a day.

:D I've eaten a muller rice from last week_ but I do exercise a lot!

I want this, please. As long as that's ranch dressing and not some suspicious healthy thing.

Get rid of the green stuff and we'll talk.

edamame. I'm addicted to this stuff and I love that you can get it everywhere all of a sudden - they even sell it in Pret

I'm addicted to raspberries and blueberries for brekkie, I have them every day - except for Sundays when I treat myself to toast.

Some bastard has opened a Subways really near me. Bye bye money, bye bye weight loss. Seriously, do they actually bake their bread with crack?

You don't need to lose weight!

Ta Booo, but I will after walking past a Subways nearly every day.

Isn't the government supposed to be doing something about obesity levels in this country? Or was I deluded in thinking that may involve limiting multinational companies rather than sneering at people who have physical or mental problems, or just comfort themselves with the only joys they can afford throughout their shit lives whilst being shat on by the government who are too busy sucking up to big business to do anything significant about housing or education or employment opportunities for the disgusting disobedient plebs?

Isn't Subway the one that's always going on about the 'Subway diet', and advertising with people standing inside one leg of their old fat jeans? In the US anyway.

Choccy Philly on cream crackers

Not bad surprisingly

I had some of that pasta, carrots, bacon, chicken and cream earlier. It was ok as it goes.
