Silly Jokes About Cats.

If you think any of these jokes of mine about Cats are funny, vote for them! You do have to have a twitter account to vote. Thanks... vote here

Those jokes are all terrible.

Thanks. I hope to get more opinions and hopefully some votes!

Ordinarily I'm happy to help a guy out when it comes to this sort of thing but I'm afraid casting a vote on any of those jokes would forever place the world in laughter deficit.

Just not funny at all.

Only the first one is a joke and it's not funny. The rest are just sentences. The funniest thing about you is your bald head.

Hey Godot!

Welcome back?
Where have you been?

I assumed you had ECT and forgot about us.

Backpacking.

To be fair, these jokes would probably work better live in front of an American audience.

I wasn't submitting these as my life's greatest work, I would think that is obvious. I wrote these in less than five minutes on a topic selected by some one else. I would be curious what you think of the jokes submitted by others and the jokes which have won up to this point.Do I think the jokes I submitted are hilarious? No. Are they kinda funny? Yeah. I'm learning about the difference in sensibility of those across the pond plus I'm guessing most of you (like me)are comedy nerds who have a higher bar for humour. Combine your sensibility with being connoisseurs of comedy and why would I expect you to think they're funny? I don't really need your validation. At three months I'm obviously satisfied to have people here laughing at my stuff. I'm not so delusional to need appeal in British this early in the game or ever. It's hard to cross over although a lot of my favourite comedians such as bill hicks (I'm no where close to his talent) did. I'm such a huge fan of British comedy and American comics popular in Britain that I forget my sensibility is apparently based on the reaction I got to those jokes, is very different. Or maybe I'm making a mistake. At some point I will submit my stand up which is a more accurate reflection of my comedy and see how that is received. Out of curiosity more than any thing. Typed on my phone, rife with errors, blah...

They're not funny because they're not funny.

Incoherent, lacking a punch and poorly stuctured.

And if you're going for any kind of contest or even just getting people's opinion.

Then frankly always bring your f**king A game. Or else you're just showing contempt. You might as well offer to f**k my cat.

You certainly couldn't joke about it.

So you're f**king some strangers cat probably going to prison, where cat loving fellons will neuter you and drown you in a toilet full of milk.

You cat f**king monster. And the headline in the press

"Meow! Cat-a-logue of errors in felonious murder"

And a cat joke.

Why can't philosophical cats walk? They've got paws for thought.

See wasn't so difficult, cat f**ker.

Um... you realize how hack those are right? You realize that right? Quit Trolling...

Hack?

Trolling implys insincerity. If there's one thing I am it's sincere.

So blow me away funny man.

Bring your A game.

If anything would be insincere it would be competing in a joke competition with some troll on an internet forum. Yes the joke about the philosophical cat is hack only because you weren't being ironic. I don't care if you bash the jokes. That's why I posted them, but only a small part of what you said was constructive criticism and the rest were personal insults and they weren't funny or clever so they were just blatant personal insults. What purpose is being served by hurling personal insults at some one in a section designed for constructive criticism of some ones work?

Me thinks the lady doth protest too much.

nb look up "ironic overstatement statement" it's a kind of joke.

Cos the only way you'd get a laugh is posting a YouTube clip of you having a David Carradine style danger wank.
