Quote: AJGO @ July 10 2012, 11:11 AM BSTYeah! Grr! Or, I might just never watch or read anything I write once I can no longer hug it protectively. Yep, I'll do that.
Footballer I'm writing footie articles for just emailed me to tell me he's tweeted something of mine, which was a bit too much for my poor nerves at this time of day. I might have to go and hide and not write anything in case someone actually looks at it
The nerves can be a good thing so keep your head high and your shoes even higher

Aw, thanks Shandy, that's exactly the sort of motto I need!
Wrote one sentence of development notes for script this evening, then stared blankly at screen for two hours until I clearly had to go to the pub, where I had the piss taken out of me for my lack of productivity and my new shorts. But I did get a Telegraph cryptic crossword clue, and assisted with another through knowing what the rhizosphere is, so pride was restored. Except my one sentence is still on the screen, taunting me. But it's a good sentence. I have very high hopes for it

Dear HMRC,
Please find attached details of what I suspect is the potential for unpaid tax.
Unfortunately RC is not a member of the Bullingdon Club, an unfunny comedian nor is he Eastern European which I believe are the only three exemptions from paying UK tax.
Please do not hesitate to bring the full weight of the law to bear on him.
I remain Sirs,
Yours etc.
F**k I'm bored.

Go to bed then and dream about having a fling with Hilda Baker in the back of a Ford Anglia.

Who needs to dream that?

Could the lack of productivity be linked to your new shorts? Just as Samson's strength came from his hair, maybe yours comes from the length of leg-coverage? Or am I getting it the wrong way round, and your shorts grow the more productive you become?
