How is it July already?!?! Someone has again moved time when I wasn't looking. Either that or I slept for a few months without realising.

What is the acceptable loo etiquette when you're using a public loo that someone's just vacated? Do you sit down or hover?

Does that change if you're using the loo at your workplace?

I don't like sitting on a warm chair let alone a warm toilet seat.
