Having watched Chicken Run on Friday with one of the kids I have had a hankering for chicken pie all weekend. Popped out today to buy a small one for my dinner, yum yum. Not sure that's the reaction most people get after watching that film...

the bacteria in rice that gives you food poisoning develops if you leave it unchilled for quite a while after cooking it, despite what people think, reheating rice to high temperatures doesn't kill the bacteria (unless you cremate it). So as long as you didn't leave it out in the sun all day you should be ok.
Doesn't it also create a toxic?
But generally, eating left over rice is ok. Just look at rice salad or rice pudding
