Is Shandonbelle coming to this one?

Still working on it...I wonder, if I leave a multi pack of Cheesy Wotsits and a litre of coke out? they'll be fine :)

Just to let you know, I don't think I can make this now, unless circumstances change.

Have a good time, everyone.

:( well lets hope circumstances change.

I hope so as she's really great

Honoured your honour ;)

Quote: AJGO @ July 3 2012, 11:57 AM BST

I'll be getting there at about 4pm.
It may be a little later what with my tendency to get lost

Don't get lost. keep your eye out for this massive poster ...

Doggetts is next door to it.

Maybe I should have cancelled before I confirmed - hold on though, then I would have been accused of apathy. Yes, damn these Humans!

Hi Neil Wave You should come to London drinks

the one after whenever that is.

Bussell's gig in Edinburgh.

And the Yoko exhib after that :)

Me too. And she's got really nice hair

Yeah, ta Angiebaby, you know there's a 50-50 chance I'll be on that side of the river and a 99% chance I'll take a step backwards into the Thames whilst seeing if I can see the poster. I hope you're going to pretend that my soggy look, accessorised with shopping trolley, is really excellent

They'll be grand, as they say in Ireland.

Just arrange a play date with a fellow Mum, say you're only going to be gone a couple of hours, then ring them from the pub saying your car broke down, then ring them a couple of hours later saying you are waiting for a tow, then ring a couple more hours later saying you've gone to seek shelter in a nearby pub because the tow truck is taking so long.

Then eventually show up pissed at 11pm to pick up your kids in a mini-cab, pretending to be utterly distraught. Problemo solvedo.

I'll know by Friday if I can, I can't confirm anything now and thought to bring it up so as to not leave it last minute.

:( :O Cannot believe the ruddy apathy! DOES ANYONE want to have a booze-up in Manchester?....

Honestly, travelling from Teesside, it's near enough the same length of time and expense as going to London, so I'd probably just wait until I can afford to get to the capital.

London Wins

Gertcha!

Until we all get jobs with BBC Comedy and have to move to Manchester, then it will be nothing but Manchester Drinks.

Bunch of regionalised bum nuggets. :(

Bless Laughing out loud

How can we bully / guilt Nat Wicks into coming down on Saturday?

Hmm, lastminute.com always has great deals on travel and hotels. I would believe her poverty excuse if she didn't show off her new outfits and guitars on the forum all the time. And she could bring her fella and make him pay for everything.

There seem to be more excuses for then against. So Nat Wicks is just being deliberately anti-social. For shame.

(How was that? Did I ladle on the guilt enough?)

Never heard of a pub called 'The Manchester'...what part of London is it in?

:( Not amused Shaggy!

New outfits? I wish. I bought that one in January, REDUCED! I did buy one guitar to be fair, but that's just so I can get famous and stuff.

I'll come to one of them, don't worry.

Laughing out loud so that's why my kids don't get invited to play dates anymore.
