Roadside testing is of saliva is used in some parts of the world, as are physical impairment testing - stand on one leg, that sort of thing.

So double amputees and paraplegics are free to drive our buses while stoned? :O

Not if theyre stoned enough to try and také the test

Lets all just chill out and have a smoke.

The first thing I ever smoked was a cigar. I loved it! Of course, I was told how to inhale, so it wasn't a bad-chokey experience. Bare in mind that this wasn't a big fat Cuban and was small enough to inhale and not kill me.

I've never inhaled any sort of tobacco. The cigar thing is a rare occurrence that only takes place while drinking.

Taking weed and driving is already illegal, are you suggesting if I did it and got pulled over the police would release me? Can't they arrest you for driving dangerously and then do blood or urine test?

Also I don't see how driving on weed will suddenly become a problem if weed was legalized?

Didn't the guy who ate another guy's face also have bath salts (the drug) in him? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bath_salts_(drug)

(keeps deleting the "(drug)" off my link. I am sure you can find the relevent article though

No, there is no test to prove that you are under the influence.

No, the tests showed nothing but marijuana in his system.

There are urine and blood tests but not easily done on the side of the road. In the UK at least, they normally wouldn't bother testing you for drugs, although I think the law has recently changed and I also believe they're now testing a new drugalyser machine.

Seeing as THC is fat soluble and can take over 30 days to completely leave your system this is bad news for weed smokers.. hey ho.

Ah right, but they aren't actually suggesting that he did it because of marijuana are they?

Come on! Let's make the top ten!

Iceland has the most drug deaths?

Top three countries for canabis use: Palau, Nothern Mariana Islands, Guam... the US military are it seems permanently stoned.

You guys should look up the effects of the "Krockodil" drug, Google images is a good place to start.

It is the scariest thing ever.
