The Duke of Edinburgh should bloody pay for it after all he has detailed knowledge of maintaining old wrecks. And he is the bloody chairman of the Cutty Sark Mutual Apprecaition of Tea Society or something like that.
I'm surprised you're not supporting the restoration and preservation of such an important piece of our industrial heritage, built by the workers. Is it not undermining and failing to support their hard work and efforts to do otherwise?
