Not because I particularly want them to win but if, God forbid, they do then at least all the jingoistic, flags on cars crap will be slightly more tolerable.
If they lose, £20 is worth it for the close up shots of little kids and grown men in the crowd crying at the end of the game !

An interesting market here, Rooney is the favourite to be top England scorer despite missing two of the group games. With no Bent in the squad (thanks again Roy), and the other three strikers being shite; I think I'll have a cheeky little bet on Walcott at 12/1.
At those prices Young would be my pick but until the friendlies there are too many unknowns. Though his squad suggests he'll play one up front with Young and Walcott joining in from wide.
