Jealous. Both of you been on holiday and going to Cardiff.

It pissed down both days.

It pissed down both days.

And when it pisses down in South Wales/Cardiff it really does.

Miserable.

I don't think I'd seen horizontal rain before.

Not even at your swingers parties?

:D

Still jealous. When I went to cardiff Castle I tried to climb The Keep after it had rained, in a pair of boots. Rather pleased I didn't break my neck on the way down.

Thankyou reds

I also went to Edinburgh castle. That's the end of my list. You're on your own now.

Caernarvon Castle is brilliant. Go there.

Will add it to my reasons to go back to the U.K. list.

It's not to see the Queen, that's for sure. That's an urban myth, perpetrated by PR hype.

It's interesting how Monarchists always trot out that old chestnut, while Republicans don't even have to come close to having to invent a bogus cost-benefit analysis to support their arguments.

The popularity of the monarchy, like astrology and witch doctors, shows the children of the enlightenment, still have a lot of work to do.
