There was actually a picture of her in the loo. I saw it whilst having a pee. She was dressed as Madonna.

Pictures of pretty ladies in a loo?

Oh dear I'd be too intimidated to micturate.

I do like it when they have pages from the telegraph at eye level behind glass.

Nowthat's classy.

I'm off to various Baltic ports and Russia in twenty days, just booked. Very pleasing to get something for 65. Per cent less than the brochure

Going to do a Peter the Great performance?

Who did you book it through Bigfella, something that I am interested in doing?

Ben needs to get on with writing about why conjugate vaccines elicit longer immunity than polysaccharide vaccines. FUN!

Going to pour a vodka first.

What do you leave out for Santa Clause?

Is that why you got a BMX and a Playstation at Christmas?

It's because the antigens in conjugate vaccines are T-cell dependent. By bringing T-cells into the equation, the B-cells of the immune system differentiate into memory cells due to the release of cytokines. Polysaccharide vaccines contain antigens which are T-cell independent, so no T-cells are needed which means no release of cytokines and no differentiation of B-cells into memory cells.

Ah, that is interesting. Thank you. Has any work in that area been done yet on potential RNA or hereditary immunity differentiations, or is it too soon to be considering that concept scientifically?

If there has been, then it's not been mentioned in my course. I assume it would be a given that there's evidence of it though. A person's immune system is quite dependent on the genes they are given.
